In the beginning of this year (2020), one of the things that the Lord spoke to me was that this year will be marked by a vibrant prayer initiative to persevere until breakthrough comes. Right now, we have an opportunity to “go into your inner room, close your door, and pray to the Father, and the Father who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.” (Matthew 6:6) Did you know that there is a reward that will come to you, if you will use this time of pausing to pray. Many are in the valley of decision during this time of crisis and chaos. LET US PRAY AND PREVAIL! The word,”reward” means to deliver, to pay off, discharge what is due, to give back, restore, and to recompense.
We are now entering the Passover season. This is a time to prepare our hearts and homes by the removing of the leaven of sin; and by applying the blood of the Lamb. As well, it is a season of crossing over into the Promised Land. There is such a miraculous element that is embedded in this time. As we celebrate the deliverance from our past sins because of the gift of Jesus, our Lamb, and His death on the cross, we also look with joy to the power of His resurrection! Just as the Lord made a distinction between Egypt and His people because of the blood on the doorposts, He makes a distinction between you and the darkness that is working in our world at this time. I remember that Pastor Kilpatrick told us at the beginning of 2020, that the darkness was going to get darker and that it would be like a garment that was draped over the whole earth. YET, he declared that this will be the time for the church to shine like never before. You can click here to hear the message “Jesus, our Passover Lamb”
We want to encourage you to disagree with the spirits of fear and death and to come into agreement with the power of His resurrection! The same Spirit which raised Him from the dead is living in you NOW! We stand before a great door of opportunity to reap a mighty harvest of souls in this hour. Right now, we pray behind closed doors, but we will come out in blazing shining glory with the power of resurrection being manifested through us. During this dark time, do not come under the darkness, but arise and shine! People are looking for answers and we hold the keys of the Kingdom to unlock the treasures that are hidden in darkness–the souls of men!
Our prayer for you is that you will prosper and be in health as your soul prospers. May you arise and shine! May His goodness overtake you and His love dispels all fear. May His power be demonstrated through you as you are given opportunities to share the gospel. And,” Now, may the God of peace, sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit and soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who will also do it.” (1 Thessalonians 5: 23-24)
