Dear Awakened Ones,
The Lord said to Jeremiah, “…I am watching over My word to perform it.” (Jer. 1:12) “Watch” is the Hebrew word “shoqed” which means to “fix attention upon, to be alert, to watch at the threshold.” In this critical, changing season, we have confidence that He is standing at every significant threshold of our lives, giving attention to His Word, and is committed to its fulfillment. Let us stay alert and awake in order that we can cooperate with Him and bring the Kingdom of Heaven to earth!
We are in a season of God’s goodness and mercy being extended to us as He pours out His glory like never before! These are the times the early church leaders dreamed of and yearned for. As we stand on His Word and Stake our Claim in the Spring, we prepare for the June 8-12 Gathering, “Avalanche of His Glory.” I will admit that when God gave us this word, it seemed strange to use a word about snow for a Gathering in June – especially in Arizona. However, when we looked further into it, the revelation came. One of the definitions of “avalanche” is: “a sudden overwhelming rush of something due to a great accumulation of something”. There is a sudden overwhelming rush of God’s glory that will cover us that is due to a great accumulation of praise and prayers going into the heavenlies! God’s warring angels will join us as His intercessory, worshipping army arises! We are preparing the way for His glory and praying that you can join us! Dutch Sheets declared at “Start the Year Off Right” that 2016 is the year of the Bible.
